In 2025, Lilthu stepped onto the TEDx UEF stage alongside Lọ Lem (Mai Thảo Linh) and Miss Cosmo 2024 Ketut Permata Juliastrid. Her theme was "No IF, Just Knowledge": don't let the fear of "what if" hold you back.

Her closing line: "Opportunities don't wait for anyone, and I don't wait for them either" (translated from Vietnamese).

The three ideas of "No IF, Just Knowledge"

  1. Knowledge is the foundation. Understand before you act. Knowledge makes each decision less dependent on luck.

  2. Action is the catalyst. Knowledge only has value when it is used. Being willing to fail is part of learning.

  3. A positive mindset turns fear into opportunity. Instead of asking "what if I fail?", ask "what will I learn?"

The story behind the talk

The talk came from real experience. Her family had steered her towards medicine; she chose content creation and had to push through opposition from relatives. In her 2023 Kenh14 interview, she also admitted that some projects fell short of expectations, and that her biggest lesson at that age was "learning to accept losses". She keeps her balance through meditation and time in nature.

So "No IF" does not mean having no fear. It means being afraid, and doing it anyway.

With students at Masshare

As a guest of Masshare, an event run by the RMIT Mass Media Club, Lilthu talked to communications students about the content-creation profession from the inside.

Students usually ask about three things: how to start when nobody knows you, how to keep your own voice when working with brands, and whether content creation is a sustainable career.

Lilthu has said her long-term plan is business, with her personal brand as the stepping stone. For her, content creation is not the destination but the foundation for what comes next.
