At Vietcetera, one of Vietnam's leading digital media brands for young audiences, Lilthu moved from the guest's chair to the host's.
Guest on Cởi Mở (S2#17). On the Cởi Mở ("Open Up") podcast episode "How open-minded is Gen Z?", Lilthu was introduced as a content creator representing a Gen Z point of view. [TO CONFIRM: air year and two or three key points you made]
Host of Gen Z Truyền Season 4. In 2025, Lilthu became full-season host of Gen Z Truyền, a conversation series produced by Vietcetera. Season 4 guests included Alissa Ho in episode 1, Chảy Xì Dách in episode 2, Trương Tôn Công Ken in episode 3, Minh Anh in episode 7 and JaysonLei in episode 14.
Being trusted with an entire season shows that Lilthu is seen as a host in her own right, not just an invited creator.
A season seen from the host's chair
The Season 4 guest list shows the range of Gen Z Truyền: actors, content creators, musicians. Each guest needs different preparation, and the host has to keep one consistent voice across the whole season.
The episode titles capture the show's character: funny on the surface, touching real stories underneath. One episode near the end of the season (EP15) is titled "Talking to yourself is the hardest conversation".
From guest to host: what changed
On Cởi Mở S2#17, Lilthu was the guest, sharing a personal view on how open-minded Gen Z really is, in a single episode. On Gen Z Truyền Season 4, she guided other people's stories about growing up, across a full season.
That path did not start at Vietcetera. Lilthu had hosted Gen Z Okela on Kenh14 since late 2022, talking with guests such as stylist Tigrebia, singer Grey D and basketball player Võ Kim Bản (see 4.3).
Vietcetera and the conversation format
Vietcetera invests in multi-season conversation series such as Gen Z Truyền and Cởi Mở, released as both video and podcast. It is a format Gen Z loves: according to Edison Research, 84% of monthly Gen Z podcast listeners have watched a podcast with video (see 4.2).
